Sarah has over two decades of massage therapy experience and is Board certified and fully licensed in the state of Colorado. Her massage training includes: 

• Deep Tissue

Deep tissue massage utilizes firm pressure and slow strokes to massage into the deeper layers of your muscles. The result is deep relaxation. 

• Thai Massage

Thai massage is a unique form of therapeutic touch. It applies deep pressure to your muscles using the thumbs, elbows, forearms, hands, and even feet.
